Words To Heal You reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders canceled by Words To Heal You, but paid for, will receive a full refund.
Words To Heal You LTD is not responsible for the damage of any garments after they have been used, washed or worn.
Words To Heal You LTD is not responsible for lost packages due to the fault of the courier, but will work alongside to amend any lost orders.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (which is currently 15% sales tax - if the GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly). All prices are correct at the time of publication, however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about the security of personal and credit card details. Words To Heal You LTD is not responsible for any damage to the product after the product is used, worn, or owned for more than 7 days. Once a garment has been worn, you are ineligible for a refund. However, if a garment arrives damaged, please contact contact@wordstohealyou.com
Any damage to an iPhone whilst wearing a WTHY Phone Case is outside of the responsibility of Words To Heal You LTD.
