It is one of my top priorities to get each hoodie made as fast and as efficiently as possible all while remaining high quality and professional.
Each hoodie is made to order so please allow around 3 weeks (give and take) to get your hoodie to you.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and the prices vary depending on which country you are shipping to.
* Please note that any delays in postage from NZ Post is not at the responsibility of Words To Heal You and if you have a problem with your posted order you can call: 0800 501 501
Words To Heal You LTD is not responsible for any misplaced or lost packages at the fault of the courier but will work alongside to amend any misplaced order.

As each hoodie is made to order, please understand that all sales are final. Unless a product is faulty or incorrect, Words To Heal You does not offer returns at this time.
